Context
LogicNets decision support platform allows its users to make smart decisioning applications. Starting with a visual modelling environment where the decision logic can be created without the need for coding, so that you can review and test as you build.
Decisioning applications are used in almost every branch and sector to drive process and administration. A growing area of use is in Clinical Decision Support, where in many cases it is now a requirement to ensure that orders are validated electronically through the use of
an electronic clinical decision support mechanism (CDSM).
impact
Significant improvements to the modelling tool have been realised with the re-design of the tool box icons and decision logic tree structure. Systematically addressing the structure ofthe support mechanism has made workflow easier and more effective.
Whilst Logicnets have the ambition to improve both their applications and services, they like many companies, struggle with the need to provide customer support, training and consistent service upgrades. We hope to continue to help them along the path to a more complete and encompassing experience model.
